Train to thrive gym is just amazing. The atmosphere, whether its your first day or you've been here since day 1, is just incredible. And the people, well we are like 1 big crazy family, and I love them all. I first met Mikey around 4 and a half years ago. I instantly felt a connection to the way he coached. I felt very at ease and comfortable with him. Once I was confident in the gym, I decided to go solo, and done so for around 6 month. I then started to fell something was missing. Then I heard Mikey was doing group PT and opening his own gym. I was extatic and instantly messaged to join up. Day one and I felt like I was home, back in the group atmosphere, with Mikey behind us pushing us, guiding us to be the best and to thrive. 1 and a half years later and I'm still surprising myself of my abilities and what I can achieve. The ability to log my food and track macros is an added bonus that keeps me accountable and on track with my goals alongside weekly check-ins with Mikey. The community here is incredibly supportive, and the coaches strike the perfect balance—pushing you just enough to improve while also recognizing days when showing up and giving your best effort is already a win. I’ve trained with Mikey for 2 years now and achieved far more than I ever set out to. Being a middle aged woman and thinking I’d never loose weight or feel better.
