Fantastic Health Club to excerise and relax in .I have been a long standing member since Dec 2000. The staff are excellent and work very hard to keep the Club clean and tidy and looking after Members and Guests alike. A big thank you for making my daily visits an enjoyable and friendly experience. Extremely worth the money!! Went and had a back, neck and scalp massage and it was brilliant my masseuse was Marra Lela and she was incredibly friendly and kind (all the staff are as well) as well as skilled as I walked into the building but I floated out really recommend to anyone in need of a relaxing massage and some peace and quiet!
I have been a member for over 6 months. They do not disappoint. Service and reliability have stayed consistent. The amount you get with your membership is excellent value. I have a disability that can compromise my safety when alone, they understood that I need a chaperone and don't charge my carer, which is greatly appreciated otherwise many people like me couldn't afford it. They are the only spa we tried that accommoded for my needs so well. That inclusion means a lot to me and not a common experience. Staff are so lovely and helpful. Discounts on treatments and hotel stays is a great bonus. Also the food is really affordable and well made. The fact their are branches all over the country is another pro. We've easily been able to stay within a close radius to the other branches, when travelling. Hope to continue my membership for many years to come.
