I used the centre today to deliver a training programme, what a lovely experience it was. Cannot fault the staff at all, you get less help when you spend a fortune on corporate venues. The equipment was easy to use and really effective. A lovely atmosphere, more than enough refreshments for all and no pressure when I was packing away! Thanks all. Defo recommend for any corporate training events in Carlisle - I defo will look to use again.
I when they yesterday for the Desmond course, because I had been diagnosed with diabetes type 2 in February this year. The staff were lovely and very helpful the whole course was very helpful. The whole group was very friendly and helpful. Am glad I when actully I was in 2 mined the whole time before weather to go or not but really glade I did. We had going early to make sure we knew where it was. But we found it OK actully.
The cafe is really good for the community where people can meet up. There is a nursery and a community centre that is attached to the cafe.
