Absolutely outstanding service. My washing machine door was broken by the removal firm and agreed to pay for the repair, so I contacted ETB. Stewart came out and not only fixed the door but also saw to a leak and ensured that the machine pumped out correctly (issues left by previous owner of house). These were not part of the original job but I am so grateful that he did them and only charged for parts. Exceptional service and would highly recommend - believe it or not, service like this is becoming more and more rare so how refreshing to find a company that actually values its customers. Stewart came to an issue with our cooker. He was on time and quickly identified the problem. He was clear in his explanation of the issue and went the extra mile to sort the issue. Really great service.
