Cannot thank the girls in Carlisle store enough today! I showed them a photo of what I was looking for and left with absolutely everything I needed for a wedding I'm attending. Customer service was 5* and I felt very relaxed, heard and special! Will 100% be back! Give those girls a raise they are brilliant at there job!
Love Quiz great fashion the staff are friendly approachable and spend time getting to know the customers that come in making the whole experience absolutely delightful I LOVE their fashion items stunning and suits every occasion and age from young ladies to the more mature ladies like myself so go on treat yourself some items run small but different stores I find run sizes different not a chavy place at all 😍 ❤ xxx
Unable to refund or exchange for same value explained I had travelled especially all they could do was apologise and extend return date deadline which means another double expensive journey. Surely shops like this have systems and procedures in place for manual transactions when the tills aren’t functioning very disappointed
