This place was gorgeous , A very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Amazing food and good service. The lamb was absolutely delicious and I thought the mini shepherds pie on the side was inspired and very tasty. My dessert of lemon posset with damson ripple ice cream was to die for and finishing it all off with a French coffee was perfect.
Extremely attentive and kind staff. The food was phenomenal. I’m glad I chose this restaurant, as it was one of 3 choices I considered, and I’m not in Penrith, but I’d come back here without a shadow of a doubt next time, as it was just fantastic.
Tried this amazing restaurant today for a surprise birthday meal out and having travelled about 2hrs from Newcastle - you can’t fault even a dust to their food, ambiance, staff, everything! From our starter, mushroom soup, which was veryyyyyyyy nice to our mains. My vegetarian meal was just unbelievably tasty. They even had a nice birthday card and cake. Thank you xx A MUST TRY!
