Shakshuka was watery, clearly microwaved - but not well as food was only just warm when it appeared 5 mins after ordering. Disappointed with quality of food. Service and environment was nice.
We had the most wonderful visit to Arturo Lounge in Penrith! Not only was the food and service fantastic for us, but our dog was treated like a true dining guest. She was given 2 complementary sausages and a generous handful of biscuits, which absolutely made her day. We loved it so much we went back the very next day for lunch, and the welcome was just as warm — same fantastic food, same incredible hospitality, and once again our dog was spoiled rotten. It’s so rare to find somewhere that makes both people and pets feel so special. A brilliant experience from start to finish – highly recommend!
