Went with my partner this evening as it was my birthday. Waiter recommended the shaslick so I gave it a try. When it arrived it was mostly onion with very little chicken. A short while later I then experienced the most incredibly severe food poisoning which is ongoing as I write and has been a horrible way to end my birthday. Upon checking the Food Safety Authority website I discovered that Raj only has a hygiene rating of 3. We have eaten there a few times with no issues but will certainly not be back. 100% don’t recommend, and definitely don’t recommend the shaslick!!
I am giving this 1 review for beer and water. Food is worst , very bad it's not at all a Indian food or Indian taste - food is tasteless --- no salt no spices nothing . None of the Indian food we ordered taste like Indian food The recipes are not indian. Food is Colourful for looks and appearance. Not for tummy or tongue. We are really unhappy with the food. If any Indians are looking at this review you guys may not be happy here as per my opinion and experience search for some of other options
We visited the raj today. Food was very good and their hospitality was on point. A big thank you to soyful bhai and halim bhai. Also thank you for the ice cream.
