I have been receiving personal training from Karen Rathbone for a couple of years now.I have had serious health issues through this time ( induced coma and on ambulatory oxygen for several years and just recently a liver transplant) Through this time Karen has shown compassion and determination to get me through these serious issues.She is knowledgeable and encouraging helping my diet and helping me through these times.Always on the end of the phone when i have needed advise .Without Karens help i seriously do not think i would be here today .So i of course highly reccommend KAREN RATHBONE.

Sally Wilson has been helping me with a lower limb musculoskeletal injury that was really starting to inhibit my enjoyment of fell walking. It's been an issue for years and I've seen a number of physios about it without success. Three sessions in with Sally the injury is 90% better. I'm walking without pain and have even started road running again after 10 years. Thank you, Sally!

I’ve been training with Karen at James Pittam Health and Fitness since July 2018 and it’s been a great experience. I’ve gone from being a complete novice who had never been to a gym before to someone who knows how to use the machines, do the exercises properly and I can see the positive results. Karen has given me several programmes to work on outside of the training sessions, and she pushes me when she knows I can work harder. My general fitness and confidence have increased as a result of the training I receive from her.
