1 week prior to our holiday in the Lakes I strained/tore a muscle in my quad which was excruciating to walk on. Upon arriving at the Lakes we searched for a local deep tissue massage and found Zena. What a god send - Zena sensitively worked on the affected area where my quad felt almost instant relief meaning we could continue to go on light walks as part of our holiday which we love to do so much. I would highly recommend Zena and definitely consider her for future maintenance deep tissue massages when holidaying in the Lakes area again.
I was visiting the Lake District on holiday when I was hit with painful sciatica symptoms. Zena very kindly managed to squeeze me into her already busy schedule, and I’m so grateful she did. She was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely caring throughout my appointment, taking the time to listen and tailor the treatment to my needs. I felt so much better afterwards that I even managed to fit in a second visit in before I left. Thanks to her help, I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip much more comfortably. I can’t thank her enough for accommodating me at such short notice. Highly recommended!

Wonderfully welcoming environment from the first greeting from Meg the spaniel to meeting Zena. Amazing resolution of shoulder pain that was threatening to become more chronic, it’s time to go out on more fell adventures safe in the knowledge I’ve found someone to help fix the things I break!!
