I am sorry for the disruption tonight. The adblue bottle broke off in my car and I didn’t take it well. I was rude. I have since called your man who showed a lot of compassion. Sir, I can’t thank you enough. The last few weeks have been very tough.

Another shell station profiteering manager I will never ever visit again along with Lancaster charging £1.75 for v power diesel , unfortunately I didn’t have time or enough fuel to go elsewhere….. never ever again !
