First time and last time using this car wash, paid £30 for inside and out, just a total rush job. I understand that businesses like this want to get cars washed as soon as possible so that they can wash more and make more money however there needs to be a line drawn between quality and quantity. £30 later and still bird crap on my car, marks on the windscreen, marks here and there. I am strongly under the impression that they clean with dirty cloths!! I probs wouldn’t have batted an eyelid if it was like £20 but £30 for a below average wash with no attention to detail is a joke. The guy kept asking me if I was happy with the car, after pointing out faults straight away his response was a quick wipe here and there, he then kept asking was I happy. To be honest I should have said straight up that I wasn’t but it was obvious at this car wash that I was just going to continue picking faults so I thought I would just leave it and make sure I don’t use this car wash again. I would add photos but I would end up taking up my whole camera roll picking faults.
I brought my car in and it was massively dirty. This team did an amazing job at bringing it back to a gorgeous state. I'm very happy with the results. Many thanks to the team.
