Bought a Samsung Galaxy A26 to replace an old phone at the end of December 25. I managed to mess up the set up and went back to see Chase who sold me the phone. She went over and above the norm to solve my mistake and for that I was extremely grateful. Today she gave me good advice on my tariff . My experience in dealing with Chase made me feel I was a valued customer.
Theses folks are great. I came in with a technical question. They went in the back and made sure the information was correct. I was very lucky to have Daniel and Chase help me. Cheers!
Penrith O2 are extremely helpful. 02 are not nearly as good, left the U.K. owing O2 nothing. Since being in New Zealand have received 12 texts threatening that I owe them money, which I do not. Needed to phone the U.K. to try and stop the harassment. Finally they have stopped the threats of cutting my phone off. Not funny when you are far from home
