I placed an order on the 10th December for next day delivery. I haven't recieved it yet. Tracked with dpd they were still waiting for the item to deliver it. On the John Morris website it said that the order was forfilled? I haven't recieved it. I emailed and used the chat on the site all with no response Very disappointed as it was a gift.
I have been shopping with John Norris for several years. I had to return a Seeland jacket as the zip became faulty. I had the jacket for almost a year. I contacted customer service, they sent me information on how to return it, which was very easy. A full refund was issued within a few days. Excellent service and i will remain a loyal customer.
The equipment I received did not match. According to Customer service my problem. It is and won’t buy any more stuff from them. Maybe blame Sage or me but I just want to go fishing and have an easier life
