I have just received my Triumph Thruxton RS Showcase from Penrith Motorcycles and I am very pleased with the whole experience. I bought it without visiting the showroom, but Barry was happy to answer all of my questions and inform me accurately regarding its condition. He was kind enough to send me a video of the bike pointing out the true overall condition. I received excellent communication right throughout the buying process. I also had great communication regarding the delivery from both Barry and John, right down to updates from John during the journey to me. I can sincerely recommend Penrith Motorcycles from my buying experience. My partner purchased a Honda 1300 from Penrith Motorcycles. We live in Glasgow so purchased without seeing it. Tony very kindly delivered it to Glasgow and my partner was delighted with it. Within a couple of weeks it developed an electrical fault. I phoned and spoke to Barry who couldn’t have been more helpful and without question lovely Tony made the trip back to Glasgow to collect. Was returned today two days later, fully repaired and delivered. Tony was helpful and knowledgeable and customer service from both these guys was impeccable.
I am very pleased with the service I received from Barry. Bought a lovely T120 with super low miles They have a smashing collection of lovely bikes. The tyre pressures upon collection were correct, which I appreciated.
