Was looking nationally for a very specific spec of rare car and found the exact model at Braithwaites. After some good communication over WhatsApp with Sam, we agreed a competitive price and I travelled down from Scotland to collect the car. The car was immaculately presented, with all the additional things I want done, completed to my full satisfaction. Great buying experience, from a garage with a very interesting and rare stock of vehicles that will be of interest to any Petrolhead. Highly recommended.
I waited a few months before leaving a review due to a bad experience when buying a car from a previous garage. We purchased a car from Sam a couple of months ago and he was a pleasure to deal with. We travelled down from Edinburgh to view it and bought it straight away. He wanted to fully service the car and put a fresh MOT on it despite it not needing done then so he agreed to drop the car off at us the following weekend in Edinburgh. We had a small warranty repair(2 glow plugs) needing done and Sam agreed to us getting it sorted locally rather than travelling down. We were reimbursed very quickly for this. Apart from this the car has been spot on. Top customer service and would highly recommend buying from them.
Don't normally leave reviews but my experience here was excellent buying my BMW X3. I'd looked for a while and saw a few "lemons" but the one Sam Braithwaite had in stock was in lovely order. Sam was very responsive to messages and made everything straight forward even though I am based over 100 miles away from his dealership. Recommend. thanks
