Great gym program but I have been robbed of my hard earned twice. The first time when I went to switch to the app right after paying for the online subscription only to never be refunded for the online subscription when I switched over only hours after purchasing the app. The second time today, when payment for this month didn’t go through so I went on the website and fixed it up, only to be charged for a second time just now !!!! $180 extra out of pocket that I could be spending on my bike !!!
