I recently had an experience with the customer service representative over the phone at this establishment, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. While I understand the importance of questioning customers to ensure their needs are met, the conversation quickly became uncomfortable. During the call, I mentioned that I needed to purchase bones from the butchers for a soup I was making. To my surprise, the representative asked why I required bones for soup. While I appreciate their curiosity, it felt unnecessary and invasive as I didn't feel obliged to provide an explanation. Nonetheless, I politely informed her about my purpose. I believe that customer service should aim to provide assistance and fulfill customers' needs without judgment or unnecessary questioning. While it is crucial to ensure the availability of the desired items, inquiries should be conducted respectfully, considering that customers may have diverse reasons for their purchases. It is my hope that the customer service team can work on refining their approach to create a more welcoming environment for all customers. I understand that each interaction may differ, but a consistent level of professionalism and courtesy would greatly enhance the overall experience. In conclusion, although I had an uncomfortable exchange with the customer service representative, I hope this review can serve as constructive feedback for the business to improve their customer service practices. I believe that by fostering a culture of respect and understanding, they can provide a more positive experience for customers like myself who value professionalism and politeness.

Racist and aggressive old man (think it's the owner?) shouting racist abuse and so was a customer! If you have any sort of values I'd give it a miss
