A stunning guest house ideally located close to Penrith (North Lakes) West coast rail line, the M6, A66, the centre of Penrith and many other near-by Lake district tourist hotspots. Great hosts. Immaculate property with off road parking. A true gem of a guest house, beautifully clean, modern throughout, with comfortable beds and a powerful shower. Great breakfast and great selection of food. Looking forward to returning.
Modern, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a double room with ensuite shower room at the front but no traffic noise thanks to the double glazing. Vanda and Phil were very welcoming and attentive hosts. Dedicated private parking. Really tasty breakfast with generous helpings. Located just on the edge of the town centre with plenty of places to eat and drink within a short walking distance
We stayed over for a friends wedding locally and the hosts were fantastic, friendly and welcoming. The location was ideal with plenty of parking. |All the rooms were immaculate with great facilities. We stayed in the room with a bath and the water was lovely and hot (something you can’t take for granted in many hotels) the beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well.|Breakfast was freshly cooked with plenty of choice. |We all wished we could have stayed longer.
