Customer Reviews
The welcome on arrival was fantastic. Lovely outdoor seating area with family of blackbirds for entertainment. Room was spotless, comfy bed and ample tea and coffee etc. Breakfast was really tasty and fresh cooked, fresh ingredients. Alison is a fantastic host, she made our stay special. Will most definitely return.
My friend and I have a two-night stay at No 3. If Google allow me to rate 6 star on this property, I would. Alison welcomes us into the house with her kindness, hospitality, and cares about the smallest details of our preference about the stay. Full English breakfast is homecooked and served to you at the required time, with Alison's great attention to our allergies and preferences. The dinning area is spacious with a careful dinner setup at your table. I just love the decorations around the house, it is very cozy and make me feel like home. The location is great, just in the heart of Penrith, 2 minutes walking to Sainsbury and within 10mins to the train station.
We stayed at No3 for one night. Alison was very friendly and recommended eating places. Off road parking was a bonus. The room was lovely, it had everything we needed. Just a short walk to all the amenities. Great breakfast. An enjoyable stay, thank you Alison.
