Ideal place to park in the evening, I think it is free 6pm-8am, then go to Sainsbury's for 3 hours free parking.
Car park is okay but the warden are horrendous, was doing some local refurbishment work and one of the wardens said we could park all with no charge. Came back and had a ticket! Then when i tried to contest because it could have been a different officer, Cumbria parking totally refused. Basically just getting scammed, thought they were being nice letting us stay then rinsing the penalty charge
Convenient little, free, short stay car park right next to pedestrianised shopping precinct in Penrith town centre. Not a huge amount of parking spaces but we've rarely been there and not been able to find a space
