What a sweet place! The food was fantastic (I had the Turkish eggs and my boyfriend had the omelette), coffee was great, and service was friendly. We had time to chat with the culinary team and they were very humble and lovely. The team all seemed to be having fun, and I love that the plates are and cups used are made right next door. Highly recommend KOLAB for a nice casual breakfast. Oh, and they were playing great music.
Great coffee and delicious brunch options...came back twice in the five days I was in Manchester and would go back again! Great staff, open kitchen and nice shop to look around after.
