Great service. Sorted out a tricky job which definitely needed them to go the extra mile or so. Chased suppliers and offered support and advice throughout the job as well as keeping us informed about options , time scale etc. engineer pursued difficulties and resolved them. Tidy, efficient and friendly. No problem saying that Greenfields are certainly worth having as number one on your list to consider.
We had Greenfields attend our property to take a look at the pre-existing solar installation which was installed before we moved in. The customer service I received was some of the best I have experienced locally, and the engineers' time keeping was spot. We wanted a service, an undertaking of any repair work off the back of the service and an overall familiarisation of the system.
