Definitely recommend if you're visiting Keswick! The shop looks and feels really welcoming. Merchandise is always interesting, of great quality and is all laid out beautifully. Locally sourced items sit well among a wide range of products, including a great selection of homeware decorative items, celebration cards, beautiful jewellery, toys and Art prints to name a few. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When I can't make it to the shop I go online and website orders are processed and posted quickly. I signed up for the newsletter so I get notification of lovely new product ranges too. A great small business I am very happy to support!
We have visited the shop quite a few times and always found the stock really interesting. I bought a brilliant clock there a couple of weeks ago but once I got it home and put batteries in it kept stopping after a few hours. I called to ask about it and the very helpful lady said send it back and we will send you a replacement. I posted the clock and a few days later not only did they send another clock but also enclosed the cost of my postage, to say we are impressed is an understatement! Thank you so much for such excellent help and service we will definitely be back to see you on our next trip to Keswick.
