Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered Hoka shoes during Black Friday and received a pair that was clearly already worn. I returned them immediately, yet today you sent them back and falsely claimed that I wore them. This is outrageous and unacceptable. I have uninstalled the app and will never shop here
