I went here with my partner, we've been here a few times just browsing but today they wanted to buy one if the bigger bags they have on sale. There was two ladies working in the store at the time and they just made the whole atmosphere of the room so uncomfortable, from the minute they helped us test out the bag and browse, immediately the lady rushed to the door with her phone at the ready as though we are criminals, we browsed for a literal minute and I just prompted my partner that we just purchase this for now and shop online. The minute we went to the checkout the small lady with brown hair in a ponytail left the door, I don't know but it all felt a little off and as my partner is of colour I'm not assuming but it all just felt very off from the minute we were given the bag to the check out. I can't say we will enter this store again as I would rather shop online then have this experience again. The welcome wasn't felt at all kinda felt like we were being trapped in against our will if I'm honest. We understand if it's a standard procedure but the way the lady went about it me and my partner both felt the weird shift of the atmosphere of the room. To say we've been here before and it was not like this at all I don't really know what else to say.
Great service from the Manager sorted out my enquiry on line and held for me a jacket so I could pick up a few days later. Would highly recommend the staff and the store
First time visit (22.8.25)...outstanding customer service, great conversation that afternoon. Staff showed genuine care, interest and kindness and even tempted me to come back to buy an extra item. Highly knowledgeable staff, I'll be back again.
