Best gym in the area! Highly recommend! Andy and the team have gone above and BEYOND (excuse the pun) to make this place a safe, inviting and enjoyable space for everyone keen to improve their fitness. The friendly staff are always happy to help; they have dedicated PT sessions, classes covering strength, core, circuits, spinning, and much more, plus a fantastic and very well equipped space for your daily workouts. They have recently expanded the opening hours too which works perfectly around fluctuating work patterns, plus the added shower facilities mean I can squeeze in a lunch break session too! The sizeable space, longer opening hours and abundance of equipment mean that the place is never crowded, so you're never waiting to use weights or machines. Can't wait to experience the new Recovery Room (coming soon!). Well done Andy, you've created something very special, cant wait too see what else you have in store for the future 👏
Joining 'Beyond' has been such a positive experience. It is very smart, very clean and packed with great equipment. The team are fantastic, friendly and encouraging and always happy to help. The atmosphere is welcoming and I feel comfortable every time I go. I am so happy I decided to join this amazing gym.
This gym is so good that it’s like having a David Lloyd in Keswick but is “much easier on the pocket” It’s set up so you can get in anytime it’s open- which is extended hours. There is not a single criticism I can think of. Staff are friendly and kind and always helpful and have great attitudes. I have been attending for a year and a half and plan to continue. Gladi
