About
This store specialises in Carhartt WIP clothing, a European offshoot of the American workwear brand, known for its modern, design-focused pieces. It carries a range of items, including trousers and collaborations like the Carhartt x Solivare shoes. The staff are noted for their helpfulness, assisting with finding specific fits and bringing out multiple options for customers. The store is well-organised and clean, with a focus on presenting its selection clearly. From time to time, there are deals available. The space also includes small touches like hand sanitiser and branded bags for purchases. It has become a reliable spot for those interested in Carhartt WIP’s distinct style.
Customer Reviews
I have visited this store quite frequently in the past couple of months, the customer service has been excellent each time. The last two visits I have been served by Gusan, incredibly knowledgeable and he went above and beyond on both visits. Much appreciated!
Had a baffling/cringey interaction with a sales assistant that is also borderline comical that I just had to share. My partner and I went in with the intention of buying some of the Carhartt x Solivare shoes to wear at our wedding next year. We asked the sales assistant blonde, slightly grown out buzz cut, a bit of an accent iirc (who was doing a whole lot of nothing, talking and watching his colleague fold some clothes.) if they had any in. "What?? No... never heard of them" Okay, we'll look online, we walk away to have a browse and could hear him speaking pretty loudly to his colleague "Yeah, man NEVER apologise to a customer if we dont have something they want. Like, I don't give a (naughty four letter word) if you can't get your jacket or whatever, man. Yeah man, I really dont care, man!! Haha" Now I get it, working retail is rough and I also get the reputation Carhartt sales assistants have. Been there, done that, and hopefully will never have to again. But damn, atleast wait until you're in the back before you talk openly and loudly (in a packed store btw) about the customers you are employed to help out 🥴
Not the Carhartt of the US I grew up on. Appears to be designer type clothes vs hearty workwear. That said the store was very clean and nice. Well put together. Just disappointed in the selection that was offered. There was another store across the street but didn’t go in, maybe that had the workwear?
