Just had another wonderful dining experience at Spice Club this evening. The service is first class. I’m always made to feel like a VIP. Food is always made with high standards of professionalism with well measured levels of seasoning and spice. The chicken tikka was well marinaded and tender.
First visit was 2 yrs ago and it was very disappointing. Fast forward to a month ago and visited again with my wife as part of a group of 16. I must say we were impressed, the service and the quality of the food were spot on. Visited again last night (6pm on a Sunday ) and once again the food quality and quantity were fantastic. Spotlessly clean but could do with some atmospheric lighting and maybe some authentic background music. However, we will definitely return.
Amazing food. The chicken was cooked to perfection, it fell asleep in my mouth it was that succulent. Will definitely be returning next time we are in cockermouth :) staff are very polite and pleasant too.
