I've been mountain biking over 30 years now, and known a lot of bike shop staff quite well, and some personally, all over the country, but this bike shop stands out above them all!. The amount of knowledge which they are happy to share with you, friendliness, helpfulness, trustworthiness, and passion for what they do I have not seen anywhere. Truly inspiring place which treat their customers excellently. #1 in UK in my opinion. The products they sell are basically the best products for the job, which I'm sure is handpicked as being good by the staff who actually ride and appreciate quality bike products!.

During a bikepacking trip, 5 miles before Cockersmouth my right shifter stopped working. Luckily enough we drove across this bikeshop. The owner directly helped with searching for the cause. Unfortunately it wasnt a easy fix and he had no road bikeparts available. So he advised us to a shop in Cockersmouth that specialized in road bikes. We had a nice chat about the enduro bikes he had in store. He also gave us advise for stay during the night. Thanks mate!
