We popped into the Patagonia store in Manchester and were instantly struck by how warm and welcoming the team were. The three staff members were smiling, laughing together and made us feel like part of the conversation as soon as we walked in. The service was absolutely brilliant – friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. They created such a relaxed vibe that we wanted to buy something just because they were that nice! We don’t usually ask for names just to leave a review but they genuinely deserve the shout-out. Huge thanks to Vinny, Jack and Myles (who we don’t even think was officially on shift but still jumped in to help). That’s customer service done properly. We’ll definitely be back!
My husband was looking for a great waterproof coat for walking in the Welsh hills. When trying the green Triolet jacket we were given excellent advice from Vinny, outlining all the features. Then he told us he had one exactly the same and had just done the 3 Peaks in his. Great first hand feedback. When at the till, Myles also commented on how good the coat is. Lovely shopping experience. No hard sell. Would definitely recommend Manchester Patagonia.
