Not only are the clothes great and a fantastic fit, the staff make this store. Called in today Friday 15th July as I had ordered some shirts online and needed to take them back and exchange them for another size, I was met with the best retail hospitality that I have ever experienced. Two great ladies with great personalities making my visit so enjoyable. Thanks ladies I’ll be back soon,Jason.
Wowed by the fabrics, simple but stylish garments and accessories, including necklaces, bags, underwear. The prices were reasonable and some great bargains to be had in the sale. Staff discreet but welcoming. Premises are beautiful, comfortable with a small area for children to play while parents browse, try on. There is an invitation to help yourself to a cup of coffee/tea and a biscuit for a small donation to their local Manchester charity. Also a sweetie area/counter and again money us sent to the same charity. Gentle, easy, fab shopping experience.
So welcoming and the clothes always fit me perfectly. Beautiful natural patterns and designs. Menswear is smaller but again great designs. Offers for money off most of the time if you sign up with them. Always have time to sit and have a free cup of tea and a biscuit!
