I had a bad accident and my previous car was unfortunately written off. I found a gorgeous Mini John Cooper Works at Lloyds, Kourtney was so helpful and understanding. I was nervous taking the car out for a test drive as it was the first time I’d driven since my accident. I needn’t have worried! Kourtney couldn’t have been more empathetic and what could’ve been a nerve wracking experience was actually a lot of fun! She kept my mind off the accident and I loved the car and the test drive. The buying experience was easy and quick, Kourtney was so well organised and efficient, I wouldnt hesitate to buy from Lloyds again, Kourtney is an absolute credit to your team! I started my car hunt after an unfortunate accident writingboff my car. I was recommended toward Lloyd Motors due to their gleaming reputation, further to that I was recommended to talk to Kourtney and I am so glad I did. What this young lady achieved for myself in such a short space of time is nothing short of outstanding. Kourtney not only guided me through the vehicles on offer but found me a selection of cars that fit my budget and my needs precisely. Her personality, professionalism and knowledge shines through from the minute she starts speaking and working on your behalf. Once the vehicle was agreed on Kourtney had my vehicle wheels refurbished, transported from another location, Llyods vehicle checks and an agreement to call back at my convenience to complete the MOT. Kourtney kept me upto date on every aspect of what was happening with car and even put in time at the end of her day when she should have been at home to hand over the car to me and explain everything about the car. This young lady went much further than "above and beyond" to make sure everything was done. Very rarely would I personally recommend people by name but I wouldn't think twice about recommending Kourtney at Lloyd Cockermouth MINI. In a time where my time was unbelievably tight this young lady managed to give me a days breathing space and relieve myself of an amazing amount of stress, for myself that will never be forgotten and I will definitely be a returning customer...with an iced latte.
