Sam introduced me to yoga nidrā at a time where I needed it most. Using yoga nidrā as a way to allow my body to relax some tension I'm holding due to PTSD And grief has been so helpful in giving me a sense of rest and relax in my body. Sam was very accommodating to my nervous nature of socializing and was able to make me a yoga nidrā I could do at home, where I felt most comfortable. She's supportive, encouraging and soooo knowledgeable about the teaching's of yoga and all it has to offer. I can't recommend her enough!
