I was taking part in an experiment in regards to this shop. The organisers went in, told me to order any 3 items and start the timer for delivery. It claimed 45 minutes for delivery. Over 40 minutes late after time it finally turned up stone cold. I explained they were very late and was told "It much busy, much traffic much much busy road." This is not true. The organisers were parked up across the road and when I contacted them to say it was delivered they came over to inspect it. (Took them 3 minutes to drive from the shop to my house) The delivery driver was lying. The shop was not busy and the traffic was not busy either. Other venues will be checked in the area by other people taking part in this experiment.
Rude staff both in shop and on delivery. Woman who delivered to me today practically shoved the bag at me before walking off muttering something. Staff are not helpful in shop either, treat you like you're an inconvenience to them.
