First off the Internet appointment platform works really well, I had to ammend my appointment a few times and it was faultless and hassle free. In the Workington store I was created with a nice smile and directed to my appointment after a short consultation checking my details and then started my eye test consultation everything was handled carmly and professionally I have found previous eye test quite erratic but this was a really good experience and I left feeling really good about the experience and confident the eye test was conducted correctly. The after sales team were also great not to pushy try to make a sale, I was struggling for time so I did not make a purchase on some new glasses at that time, I will return to view the selection of glasses in the store in the near future. On the negative side I have alway found in hard to find a pair of glasses that I like at Specsavers historically and I did look after my appointment however not for that long but a felt I was having the same problem. All in all a fantastic experience
I am 100% likely to have my eyes tested here again. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The only reason I’m not giving a full 10/10 is that I was ushered directly from my exam into a sales pitch for new glasses. It felt a bit overwhelming, and I would have appreciated a moment to process my results first. Aside from that, the care and service were absolutely top-notch
The gent who performed the optometry test took the time to fully answer my questions after I saw the photos on his computer of my inner red eyes. Fully explained, and gave peace of mind too. He also gave me my prescription, and surprisingly afterwards (downstairs) they were not pushy to keep me in the shop to buy new glasses. Which I appreciated. Visited Workington shop .
