I had an eye test at Heals Opticians in Workington yesterday. It was very different from my experience at Specsavers in Whitehaven last year. The environment at Heals Opticians was clean, spacious and comfortable (not the glaring lights of Specsavers). They were knowledgeable and professional, yet friendly and helpful, and put me at ease right away. I can highly recommend Heals Opticians if you are in need of an eye test, need a pair of glasses or simply some advice.

Would highly recommend Heal's, the eye exam was thorough and not at all unpleasant, I was able to take my time to choose the right frames with no pressure and everybody was helpful and friendly. Don't hesitate to call here for new glasses.
