The staff are arrogant and cocky, apart from one young lady. The manager especially talked down to my wife and never once apologised, or made any attempt to make polite gestures or alternatives, instead talked as the customers in the thitd person, eg "you are going to have to make an apointment fir these!" When queried by my wife if shr could not be slotted in, the same time as another customer. He arrogantly said "as you can see we are busy" I do give individuals the benefit of the doubt, but i was talked down to previously that day by another staff member! I will be taking this complaint further. We the customer should feel supported, not talked over, not patronised and not made out to be third person. The individual who spoke to my wife was the manager, who was the last choice, and apart from knowing mobile phones, has not got any customer service experience.
