Took my phone in with a broken screen and got it back with the shoddiest repair I've ever seen (glue coming out the sides etc) and the WiFi broken among other things. Over 6 months of hassle, arguing and emailing before I was finally given a replacement phone. Wasted money on months of paying a contract for a phone that was never once working properly and mostly in their possession. Wouldn't recommend
Took in an i-phone with cracked screen in and got it replaced at good price within 20 mins. Next day home button wasn't working, so took back and the man very quickly checked it out and sorted the problem (bit of glass had got left behind from old screen) - very friendly customer service.
Don't use these guys absolute con men with sub standard repairs.Not trained or qualified to repair mobiles and not accredited by the manufacturers to repair them.Many stories of failed repairs and people going back to complain and be told what to do.Also buys screen protectors from poundworld over the road and sells them for £9.99.
