Always helpful, always polite, these people in the shop cant do enough to help you out with anything.....wouldn't get a phone anywhere else
I am not happy with the way i was spoken to on the phone by “Claire?”, not acceptable to speak to your customers with that tone. I asked what i should do as my sim card has stopped working and she said in an aggressive tone that it’s not her fault i don’t know my email, told me false information i’ve came into the shop multiple times and i’ve been told something different every time. she’s banned me from the shop for asking for her name and she then went on to say that she hadn’t done anything wrong and being very sarcastic and stating she had witnesses that would say she done nothing wrong. Very un happy with my experience definitely won’t be coming and giving these people my money and my time. Absolutely outrageous and i will be going further about this because the customer service is appalling.
Can’t fault the great support we get from Claire and Daisy whenever we go into 3 Workington. Although only visiting the area a few times a year, if we have an issue it’s always “let’s go and see Daisy and Claire” We far prefer the welcome, support and friendliness of them compared to the brashness at our local 3(Leeds).
