I purchased a ps5 6 months ago I wish I just bought new there was not much difference in price but the 5 year warranty was the reason why I got from here The controller has started with a issue. I took back they said we need the complete console I said its just the controller so I drove back got the console They said you can leave the controller we will test it come back in 4 hours I am thinking they just don't want to honour the warranty I came back they said its fine Which it ain't They have no phone number and now I am dealing threw emails DO NOT BUY FROM HERE FOR THE WARRANTY ITS NOT WORTH IT
This is probably my favourite CeX store in Cumbria. Where are big family of gamers so regularly trade and pick up retro games and accessories! The staff here are better than most CeX stores!
