I would like to say a massive thankyou to Michael at the Workington car phone warehouse within the curry's store for all his professional help tonight on the 15/07/2021. Michael is a true asset to this company. Extremely helpful polite and is a true gentlemen. Michael went above and beyond in helping me choose a phone which I needed so quickly, I asked Michael if he could set up the phone for me and was more than happy to help me which was so gratefully appreciated. We as a family always choose this store to go to when in need of new phones as we always receive fantastic customer service. I would Highley recommend to all looking to purchase a new phone. The guys working here are the nicest staff, I wouldn't consider getting a phone anywhere else because the customer service is second to none. Other customers must agree too, because they are sometimes busy and you may have to cue but it's well worth the wait. I recommend getting insurance through these guys too. No more broken screen phones, just pop in for a replacement when it breaks. Magic.
Called in at 10am sunday morning as soon as they opened to buy an LG soundbar. I was the only customer in store and there was about 10 sales people yet after 10mins of waiting not one showed any interest in serving me so i walked out and purchased soundbar from argos instead,and it was£20 cheaper. Not crap service at curry's!!but none at all. Wo t be going back.
