Went to collect a gift for my niece. The box i was given was all damaged. I explained it was a gift and asked if I could have a different one as this one was damaged. I was told "No we've got non if you want a refund you need for your receipt and card". I left with the damaged box. As I would not have time to find another replacement and did not want to disappoint my neice. Customer service goes along way they could of offered to order a replacement instead of being abrupt. I will not be using this store again.
Friendly staff, they go above and beyond to help you, quick sevice to, click and collect extremly fast, i always use thus store, recommend here
Unhappy robot staff spend 5 minutes talking to each customer in order to put all their personal info (and I do mean ALL personal info) into the computer before they tell you that they can not help you! Went in to buy a chair and after asking me for my address, telephone, email, occupation, salary, marital status, seems that they didn't have the chair after all!
