First and last time in Peacocks in Workington. Asked a simple question about sizes. Sales staff very unhelpful. Their answer was, " Oh we don't know, you'll have to ring head office," then they walked away. Think the staff need some training in customer relations. NOT , very helpful at all.
Younger staff members could do with customer service training. Lack of knowledge when serving, abrupt & rude. Unhelpful. At least the manager took over who finished serving me.
Went in there to get a refund on a item and yet they asked for id and the woman who served me was standing right there! Useless staff members never going back there again.
