If you like your alloys DO NOT go here. Please do not realy on the overall rating, high marks from previous years are inflating their score!!! Went for 3 tyres and got home to find a 2cm gouges in 2 of the alloys. The gouges were where the tyre meets the alloy and both directly opposite the valve. When speaking to them they went through the book of excuses. Me damaging them even though the part of the alloy was recessed from the face of the alloy so its would be impossible to mark just this part. Then it was a stone chip, then it was water getting under the diamond cut finish and when removing the tyre it had taken the finish off. When stating both marks are the same, in the same place, same size, same depth, and as someone who cleans their car weekly the chance of this all happening in a week were zero. The guy then got a bit snappy and said to go in the office. The receptionist took my name contact details and said they would review CCTV and get back to me. 4 weeks and no reaponse. In summary 1 - only good enough to change 1 third of tyres without damaging your property 2 - take no accountability for their mistakes and try and make excuses till you leave. Then get snappy if you don't except what they say. 3 - if all else fails get shot of you with the promise of getting back in touch and hope it blows over.
My first experience with this garage and will definitely be my last,for this business to get any better,the manager should be removed,absolutely vile,her attitude is disgusting,and all because we questioned the bill, and then to turn it around on us was laughable,then refusing to let us pay the extortinate bill and calling the police,totally refused to take payment,saying it was in the hands of the police,we had to leave without paying,so now waiting on a visit from the police which i 100% welcome,hopefully it wasnt another lie when she said its all on cctv, as this will only be to our advantage,she should not be in a front counter position dealing with customers
Void this place doesn’t even deserve 1 start needs to 0 start to but shame google won’t let me do that… I’ve always been going there here for my tyres and last time they’ve changed my tyres they threaded my alloy wheel nuts on both front no I need a new hub spacers and allow wheel nuts but they refusing it get it sorted. Manager attitude stinks 😷
