⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I called into JD Sports today to buy a new pair of trainers. Something I rarely do for myself. I’ve never been into fashion, and usually just go for whatever’s cheapest or most practical. This time though, I wanted to try something different, but I’ll be honest, I had no idea where to start. The young lad who helped me was brilliant. Friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand what I was after, gave solid advice without any pressure, and made the whole thing feel easy. We had a bit of a laugh along the way too, which just made it a really good experience overall. I left with a pair I actually like and for once, felt good about spending a bit on myself. Top service, and a great reminder that good customer support still exists. I went for the Nike Air Max shoes in the photo 👍
Poor customer service today staff not asking customers if they need help stood for 15 minutes waiting to be seen with two pairs of trainers to see if in stock a young girl stood doing nothing attitude of can’t be arsed. Young lad serving customer and this young girl telling him to do something eles when clearly busy. When seeing if in stock and eventually asking a member of staff to see no talk in them atall eventually just left it because customer service was shocking.
Lad behind the counter was really helpful but rest of staff not great to busy talking amongst them selves
