Absolutely crap experience. I booked a cab to get my 9 year old son to the local golf driving range, which he was really looking forward to but the cab never arrived and they didn't even phone with an excuse. Completely ruined our afternoon.
Booked cab at 23.15 from Whitehaven. No show and no-one answering phone. Hopeless. Cold here. Called 5 other taxi companies. No answer. Called hotel. They recommended Mickey's taxis and hoping they will do better.
ordered a taxi for 10:45. sent it far too early, was waiting from 10:30 onwards and nothing turned up. called at 10:45 to see where it was and was met by some snarky woman trying to blame me. don’t bother. use abbey cabs or radio taxis.
