Hi, In the past few weeks we have visited your store to purchase mobile phones. On each occasion we have been delighted and very impressed with the customer service received. I bought my last phone from here. I tried four other outlets in Whitehaven first who were all superficially cheaper but we're either out of stock or had appalling service unable to answer basic questions. Here plenty of stock and excellent service. I won't try and scrimp next time and go here first.
Carphone Warehouse in Whitehaven are fantastic nothing is a problem to them . The service you get is great & Darren the Manager can not do enough for you . Also the other staff are great too . They are so good with people & OAP's taking the time to show you & explain the workings to you . I personally would NEVER go anywhere else , i have used this shop for years now & still go in to get my money on my phone cos i cant do it myself .
