Went in to the shop on Thursday to have a look at cookers, the sales person was extremely helpful and showed what they had in store and what was available online, I chose the one I wanted and delivery was booked for the Saturday, my new cooker has just been delivered and fitted plus my old one taken away plus all the packaging which is extremely helpful, the lads who fitted it were polite and friendly and a credit to the business. Extremely satisfied customer highly recommend the shop and more so as it's a local business
We’ve been customers for years. Terrible experience today. We ordered a projector and paid upfront, £630, A couple days ago. Today, I called asking to return as we don’t need it anymore (ours is now fixed) the manager then said no, I asked why and they then went on to say it’s non-refundable in a very rude way. This wasn’t communicated upon purchase. When I asked why we weren’t made aware, the manager then proceeded to be rude with me saying “this item was ordered in it’s obviously non-refundable”. I asked if he understood my frustration and he replied “ye” I then I said “well it doesn’t sound that way” and then they finished the call with “ye ok bye” shocking really.. We definitely won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone, terrible customer service, I was very shocked. My main concerns are, how rude the manager was and the fact they fail to tell you important info before you purchase an item.
