My one month stay at Tivoli Guest House is an exciting experience I can never forget. The guest house was clean with a peaceful ambience to it. The staffs, Jane best manager I was privileged to meet was very friendly and ever ready to help, and Mitchell, who finally became a sister friend, made sure the environment was always clean, was always there to help and direct me to the best places to visit in town. I had fresh towels daily, and my room was also kept clean, all thanks to Mitchell. I recommend Tivoli to any traveler for the worth of their money. There are bars, restaurants, karaoke joints, the post office, within short walking distances. The town is one of the safest places and the people are very welcoming and super friendly.
Andy and Maureen made us feel so welcome and at home, we had a lovely quiet room in this beautiful old house, what an amazing spiral staircase! They were very helpful with storing our bikes, prior to starting the C2C ride, even arranged things with the guy we hired them from. Nice breakfast and a lovely send off.
I've been staying in the Whitehaven area for regular work visits for nearly 10 years now, and the Tivoli quickly became my first choice. Andy and Maureen are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast spread is great and the rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped.
